Request deletion

Email Support@arthaus-collective.co with the subject “ArtHaus data deletion request.” Include the email used for your ArtHaus account, the business workspace concerned, and the information you want deleted. For social account data, identify Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and the account or Page name so we can locate the correct business connection.

Do not send your password, social access tokens, API secrets, full card number or unnecessary identity documents. We may request proportionate verification before acting. A request is reviewed by Arthaus Collective; sending an email does not itself delete data or cancel a subscription.

Disconnect a social account

An authorized business owner with workspace access can open Social Studio → Connected accounts, find the platform and choose Disconnect. This removes that business's saved access credentials, account identifier/name and pending authorization flow from the active connection records. A minimal security/audit record remains.

Disconnecting does not delete content plans or uploaded media and does not revoke ArtHaus's app permission at the provider globally. To remove the broader permission, use the connected-app settings in Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. A provider-level revocation can affect other workspaces using the same account. If you cannot access your workspace, include that in your email request.

What a deletion request can cover

Tell us whether your request concerns account information, a social connection, drafts, uploaded images, or records held for a particular service business. We will review the scope, verify authority, and explain any records that need different treatment because of financial, security, legal or messaging suppression obligations. Applicable legal and provider requirements govern the response.

Removing an image from a draft currently keeps it in the private media library. Archiving a draft preserves it for restoration. ArtHaus does not yet provide permanent media deletion or account-wide deletion as a self-service control; email us to request review. Information retained in backups, where configured, has a separate lifecycle. No automatic deletion deadline is implied by the Disconnect button.

Appointment and payment records

For client records associated with a service business, contact that business first or identify it in your request to ArtHaus. Deleting data does not cancel a booking, reverse a payment, or cancel an ArtHaus subscription. Contact the service business for appointment changes and use Billing or contact ArtHaus support for subscription questions.

Whop, Twilio, Meta and TikTok may independently retain information under their own policies and obligations. An ArtHaus request does not directly delete records from those providers.

Follow up

Contact Support@arthaus-collective.co to follow up on a request. We may need additional information to identify the correct records, but we will not ask you to send passwords or integration secrets. Our Privacy Policy describes the information and choices available in the current service.
