About these terms
These terms govern use of the ArtHaus application and its business workspaces, staff tools, client portal, and Social Studio. They apply when presented to you for acceptance. If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The business providing an appointment or other service is responsible for that service and its own customer terms. Its service agreement is separate from these terms and from the business owner's ArtHaus subscription. Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled.
Available features
ArtHaus provides business profiles, team and service management, scheduling, multi-service bookings, client records and portal access, and payment and notification features where enabled. Availability depends on your role, subscription status, business setup, and third-party availability.
Social Studio supports content drafts, platform-specific captions, uploaded images, planning dates, and optional social account connections where configured. For Facebook and Instagram, an authorized owner may separately approve publishing access and then explicitly confirm an immediate post or schedule a future post. A planning date by itself and connecting an account do not publish anything. TikTok publishing is not included in this release.
Preview or sandbox features are for evaluation. A successful test or a provider account connection does not establish production availability or third-party approval. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any particular booking, sales, audience, or review outcome.
ArtHaus subscriptions
Whop processes business owners' ArtHaus subscription payments. The applicable price, currency, billing interval, renewal details, and any taxes or fees must be disclosed in the offer and checkout before you authorize payment. These terms do not establish a new price, staff allowance, seat fee, or free trial.
Recurring billing follows the terms you accept at checkout. Use the available Billing controls or contact support to request cancellation. A verified period-end cancellation ends renewal and ordinarily preserves eligible access through the already-paid period; the confirmed billing status determines the actual access boundary. Ending a subscription does not automatically delete retained business or financial records.
Any refund entitlement is determined by the accepted offer, applicable law, and the relevant provider process. These terms do not create a blanket non-refundable policy. Contact support if you believe a subscription charge is incorrect.
Client bookings and service payments
Clients purchase services from the business shown at booking, not an ArtHaus subscription. The business is responsible for its descriptions, prices, staff, availability, service delivery, customer disclosures, and applicable taxes and refund obligations.
Where enabled, Whop processes the amount shown as due at booking for the complete visit. That may be the full service price or a deposit credited toward it; any remaining balance is shown separately and is not an added fee. Review the services, assigned staff, times, amounts, and business terms before paying. A payment attempt or a return from checkout is not confirmation; rely on the verified booking status and receipt.
Saving a payment method is optional and business-specific in ArtHaus. Each later service payment requires a new explicit client confirmation. Saving a method does not authorize automatic service renewals, no-show charges, owner-initiated charges, or charges for another business. Removing the saved-method permission prevents its future use through that business's ArtHaus flow; it does not erase completed payments or necessarily remove a method from a separate provider wallet.
Contact the service business for appointment changes, cancellations, service complaints, and refund requests. Client self-service cancellation and rescheduling are not available in this release. These terms do not introduce partial cancellation, partial refunds, substitution fees, or automatic additional charges. Any refund is subject to confirmation by the payment provider before it is represented as completed. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Optional text messaging and business-owned Twilio accounts
Messaging is optional. Each business must connect its own independently billed Twilio account and pays Twilio directly. The business is responsible for that account, its credentials, phone number, charges, applicable sender or messaging registration, and compliance with Twilio's requirements and applicable messaging rules. ArtHaus does not supply an ArtHaus-funded fallback account or sender.
The business must obtain and record the consent required for each message purpose, provide appropriate notices, keep recipient details accurate, and honor opt-outs. A client booking, payment, or acceptance of these terms is not by itself consent to promotional or review-request texts. Businesses must not bypass suppression controls or re-enroll an opted-out recipient without a valid new consent basis.
Where enabled and eligible, ArtHaus can route appointment confirmations, reminders, notices of authorized appointment changes, and review requests through the business's connection. Invalid, missing, or disconnected credentials block texts without invalidating a booking. Delivery is not guaranteed. Clients can opt out by replying STOP or contacting the business. Message and data rates may apply under the recipient's carrier plan. Ordinary replies are not a monitored two-way inbox in ArtHaus; contact the business directly for help or appointment changes.
Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights in the client information, business material, captions, and images you submit. You give ArtHaus permission to host, store, reproduce, and display that material only as needed to provide and support the features you use, carry out your instructions, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. This permission does not authorize public social posting in the current release.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content, images, and personal information. Provide required privacy notices to clients and staff and obtain any necessary consent. Do not upload payment card numbers, security codes, identity documents, sensitive medical records, or other information outside the supported workflows.
Do not use ArtHaus for unlawful activity, spam, harassment, impersonation, infringement, malware, unauthorized access, or attempts to defeat tenant isolation, consent, payment, or security controls. Do not misrepresent a payment, booking confirmation, message delivery, or social publication status.
ArtHaus and its software, branding, and other original materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. These terms grant permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership of it.
Records, ending access, and support
You may stop using ArtHaus, but stopping use or disconnecting a provider does not cancel an ArtHaus subscription. Use the subscription cancellation process separately. Deactivating a staff member does not delete historical appointments or payment records.
ArtHaus may restrict access when required for security, unlawful use, a material breach, a provider restriction, or an expired subscription. Contact support regarding access or records you are entitled to retrieve. Retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy. Archiving a social draft or removing its attachment does not permanently delete the uploaded image from the private media library.
Service limitations and rights that cannot be excluded
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available, without a promise that it will meet every business requirement or operate without interruption or error. Maintain appropriate independent copies of records you need for your business.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, or overrides mandatory consumer protections. Third-party outages and platform changes can affect features.
Changes and disputes
We will identify the effective date of updated terms and provide appropriate notice of material changes. Where law or the nature of the change requires renewed acceptance, it must be obtained before the change applies. A policy update does not itself authorize a new charge or a new use of personal information.
Please contact Support@arthaus-collective.co first to discuss a concern. These terms do not require arbitration or waive statutory rights. Applicable law governs the rights and remedies available to you.
Social connections and third-party services
Only an authorized business owner may connect or disconnect social accounts for that workspace. Connect only accounts or Pages you are entitled to manage. The provider presents its own authorization and terms, and may deny, restrict, expire, or revoke access.
ArtHaus uses approved access to identify the connected account or Page and maintain its connection. The current Social Studio does not request permission to publish content. Disconnecting in ArtHaus clears that business's saved connection credentials and account identifiers from the active connection record. It does not revoke the provider's app permission globally or disconnect another business using the same account. Use the provider's app settings to revoke its broader authorization.
Whop, Twilio, Meta, TikTok, and other third parties provide their own services under their own terms. ArtHaus is independently branded; a connection does not imply their endorsement. You remain responsible for provider charges and obligations you accept.
